Program Services Include: Home Safety Assessments, Grab Bar Installation, Comfort-Height Toilet Installation, Handheld Shower Installation, Stair & Railing Safety, Minor Home Modifications, Monthly Maintenance Plans, DME Delivery & Setup, Move-In / Move-Out Assistance, Seasonal Home Maintenance Partner Referral Network:  RELM also connects clients and families with trusted local providers for additional aging-in-place and relocation support.

What is included in the Monthly Maintenance Program?

The Monthly Maintenance Program helps homeowners avoid climbing ladders and managing difficult upkeep tasks. Services may include filter changes, light bulb replacement, minor repairs, seasonal maintenance, safety checks, and more.

Do you install grab bars and bathroom safety equipment?

Yes. RELM professionally installs grab bars, handheld shower systems, comfort-height toilets, and other bathroom safety upgrades.

Does RELM provide major remodeling services?

RELM focuses on minor home repairs and aging-in-place modifications. For larger remodeling projects such as ramps, doorway widening, and tub/shower conversions, RELM partners with trusted licensed contractors. We offer a Concierge Service with Hicks Construction making RELM your one stop to coordinate your home repair/modification needs. 

What is the Partner Referral Network?

RELM Partner Referral Network Disclosure The RELM Partner Referral Network connects clients and families with trusted local professionals who may provide services beyond the scope of RELM Handyman Services. Referral categories may include, but are not limited to: HVAC Services Plumbing Electrical Services Cleaning Services Movers Realtors Flooring Contractors Painters Senior Resources and Community Services Tub & Shower Conversions Wheelchair Ramps and Accessibility Modifications  

Can family members schedule services for parents or loved ones?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are adult children coordinating services for aging parents or loved ones.
